Often the problem is just that the username or password is not easily remembered or accessible. Upon purchasing the product and signing up, you should have received an email with your username and password. If you cannot find it in your inbox, perhaps it got thrown into your junk email box. Check there and if it is there, drag it back out into your inbox. Also right click on our email address in the "from" part of the email and add us to your contact list. This will help prevent future emails from going to your junk email box.
 

If that didn’t work, then click on "Member Login" button and fill out the "lost password" section to have your username and password resent to your inbox.
